The terms, in plain English.
Every Rocket plan is governed by a written service agreement that you review and e-sign before service begins — it spells out exactly what you get. The key terms below are excerpted verbatim from those agreements (attorney-reviewed, July 2026) so there are no surprises.

What you pay
Rocket — $49/month. Rocket Pro — $99/month. Get Found Now — $199/month. Every plan has a one-time $199 setup fee, charged with your first payment. Your first month is charged when you sign, and billing repeats monthly through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel as described below. See Plans for what each plan includes.
From your agreement — identical in every plan
Term, renewal, and cancellation
- Initial term: 12 months, starting on the date of this Agreement.
- After the initial 12 months, the Agreement continues month-to-month.
- After the initial term, you may cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. Your service continues, and you are billed, through the end of that 30-day notice period.
- See also the separate 3-Day Notice of Cancellation you received with this Agreement, which gives you an additional right to cancel within 3 business days of signing.
(The 3-Day Notice applies to in-person, off-premises sales — if you buy online, Stripe’s confirmation and your e-signed agreement document your purchase.)

30-day money-back guarantee
If you are unhappy for any reason in your first 30 days, tell us and we will give you a full refund. This is on top of (and does not limit) the 3-day cancellation right or the 30-day post-term cancellation notice above.

Who owns what
Every plan’s agreement says the same three things:
- You own your content — your text, your logo, and the photos you give us or add through your editor login. You keep ownership of those.
- The website itself is a hosted service. The underlying template, design system, editor, and platform that run your site remain Rocket’s property.
- If you cancel: the hosted site is taken offline. You may request an export of your content (your text, logo, and photos), and we will provide it. The underlying template/platform stays with Rocket and does not transfer to you.
On Rocket Pro and Get Found Now, the agreement also covers your custom .com domain:
Custom domain: the .com is registered for your business. If you cancel, we will work with you in good faith to transfer the domain registration to you on request, subject to the registrar’s normal transfer rules and any fees.
And on Get Found Now, your Google Business Profile:
Google Business Profile: your Google Business Profile belongs to your business. We help set it up and manage it while you’re a customer. On cancellation, we will return/hand off control to you on request.
